- Customer provides all files, the file format is limited to the following professional drawing or image editing software "compatible and can be read" file format.
- Our company use: Illustrator CC Chinese Version/ Photoshop CC Chinese Version/ Acrobat DC Chinese Version
- File output printing, the text must be transferred to the curve or the establishment of the word frame, and clear the text does not need to use noise (To avoid printing unknown words).
- When the outline is very thin, the screen can be previewed, and the ink jet can be printed, but the printing will be broken or can not be printed, so the line should be at least 0.2mm (0.57pt).
- Color file use the CMYK color gamut, resolution 300 ~ 350dpi, resolution is too low will cause poor print quality, high resolution file is too large. It’s not good for transfer. Do not use RGB color gamut files to avoid chromatic aberration.
- When using the IIIustrator, remember to embed the linked image and unlock all the drawing layers and objects to avoid dropping them.
- When it has color block or line in the cutting line edge, please do more 3mm of, in order to avoid the white side.
